Last updated: July 2026
Flightdeck Aptitude operates the flightdeckaptitude.com preparation platform. For privacy questions or data requests, email privacy@flightdeckaptitude.com or use the contact form.
We may collect your name, email address, account settings, onboarding choices, training attempts, responses, timings, scores, support messages, and technical data such as browser type and page interactions needed to run the service securely.
We use your data to provide accounts and training features, save your progress, process access passes, respond to support requests, improve content quality, and understand how the product is used. We do not sell your personal data.
Your attempts, responses, and derived scores are stored so you can review progress and receive training feedback. Benchmark comparisons, where shown, use anonymised platform data only and are not official rankings.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Flightdeck Aptitude does not store your full card number. We receive payment status, billing references, and entitlement dates needed to activate your access pass.
We use analytics to understand product usage, fix errors, and improve conversion and content clarity. We do not publish private analytics as public claims about user numbers or success rates.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data. Contact privacy@flightdeckaptitude.com to make a request. We will respond within a reasonable period.
We keep account and training data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for support, billing records, or legal obligations.
Flightdeck Aptitude, Glasgow, Scotland, is the data controller for this service.
We process account, training, and purchase data where necessary to perform our contract with you; security and service-improvement data for legitimate interests; records where required by law; and optional analytics or marketing only where consent is the appropriate basis. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Service providers may include Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting and optional analytics, PostHog for consented product analytics, and hCaptcha for abuse prevention. Where data crosses borders, we use the provider's applicable transfer safeguards and contractual protections.
Contact privacy@flightdeckaptitude.com first so we can investigate. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
